We have numerous clients that require absolute anonymity when dealing in real estate transactions. The reasons for the anonymity range from: privacy concerns (from friends, employees, relatives, or media); maintaining negotiating leverage (adjacent owner situation, wealthy buyer, public figure, or well known company); or limiting the disclosure of information into the public records. Regardless of the reasoning for the anonymity, we use several strategies, tools, and techniqu
